Cancellations, Returns and/or Refunds Policies

Ordering & Delivery process for Big Mac Slabs Furniture

Custom Made products must be paid for in FULL prior to manufacture. Once payment is made, there will be 4 weeks for delivery as the coating has to cure before it is dispatched.

Unless specified otherwise, your furniture will be transported via Conroy Removals nationwide.

Stock items will be dispatched within a week so you should receive your furniture within 2 weeks of ordering.

Items can be collected from our manufacturing facility in Paraparaumu by arrangement 7 days a week.

Payment Options

Online store debit or credit card or if you would prefer to pay by internet banking or by cheque, please email us your order and we will return email together with an invoice advising bank account details.


Prices quoted on the online store do not allow for additional items so you may wish to email for a freight price.  If delivery is to a rural address there may be additional charges.

Customer satisfaction

It is important to us that all our customers are happy with their purchase so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase – call our Free Phone 0508 244 622 or email us at: admin@bigmacslabs.co.nz and explain your problem so that the situation can be rectified.


If the product you purchased arrives and doesn’t fit or work for you – you can exchange it for another product of the same value if it is a stock line but you will have to pay the freight costs relating to both deliveries and returns.

If the product is a custom made item such as a sign or bench top and there is nothing faulty then we will NOT refund or replace. We may sell on your behalf if this is a viable option.


If you order a product and wish to cancel your order – call the Free Phone immediately!

If the order has not been dispatched or custom made, Big Mac Slabs Furniture will terminate the order. Any bank fees charged would be the only cost to the customer for termination in this situation.

If the product has been made, Big Mac Slabs Furniture can sell on behalf of the customer, which would incur a sale cost fee of 25% of the sale price.

Customer Privacy Policy

Big Mac Slabs Furniture does NOT share any customer information with any other business or individual. Customer’s details are kept on file so that they can be reminded to undertake maintenance of their furniture and receive a quarterly newsletter. The customer can opt out of the newsletter at any time.
